So this is kind of like a touchy subject to some but do you think it's easier for someone that is overweight, bigger, to lose weight and put on muscle or do you think it's easier for someone underway or smaller to eat more to put on muscle? Obviously each of those has its own challenges, all that kind of stuff, but yeah let me know. I'm curious because personally as someone that is bigger, I would just love to eat more and just do what I normally do, but I understand that as if it were someone smaller that they could have difficulties eating anymore but you know that's just that's my opinion I understand both of them but I'm just saying like it has been very hard for me as a bigger person to lose weight and put on muscle. You know? But anyways, let me know what you guys think.
I'm gonna go with smaller person trying to gain weight and muscle because I am a smaller person trying to gain weight and muscle I put on weight I have learned how to put on weight fast but turning that weight into muscle
Forget about it, I have not been able to reach that point where I can put on that muscle and turn it into curves. I just lose all of it and it turns into muscle, but the weight it just it's not there
It's wild how like two people could do the same thing and like like in your instance Like you're saying that you have the muscle but the curves aren't staying, but like someone else could do literally the same exact thing and not gain like any muscle and just get like curved.
And like honestly like I would love to be in your situation. Just being able to eat and put on muscle and that kind of stuff and I actually have it stay as muscle because I feel like whatever I eat just turns into fat and I don't even eat.
That's just the thing is that when it turns into muscle, it doesn't necessarily stay as muscle because my metabolism is so fast, like my body takes from my muscles, like after my fat reservoir is gone.
So it's like I have to re-game all that weight like constantly eat and try to gain all that weight back just for it's a event like it just goes around in an endless loop basically
Yeah, I can see that. I guess each way, no matter if you're small or you're big, like you have your own set of like challenges when trying to go about this so I guess it's not easy for anyone really to do it.
Hi I feel like I would say the bigger person to lose weight and gain muscle not from experience I don't know I just feel like that might be a little easier
So this is me speaking from experience. In order to lose weight and gain muscle as a bigger person, you have to be in a calorie deficit while also eating super clean, super high protein, low carb. and that is...
