So when I first started tracking my screen time, I was really shocked that I was on for about eight hours pre-COVID. I started to make a conscious effort to stop being on my phone so much and I succeeded. It was around three and a half hours, but through COVID and post-COVID it went back up to around seven. I did get her around five sometime last year but now it's up to seven again so I'm actively trying to spend less time on my phone and more time doing things that I actually enjoy.
I don't track it that often anymore, but I started getting notifications around probably COVID and mine was around eight hours too. I don't really track it but the last time I checked I think it was like four hours.
I do and I tried to turn on time limits but then the time limit thing pops up and I just dismiss it so then it's pointless but I am on my phone way too much
bitch your fucking screen time is low my screen time is like fucking like 15 hour you should be happy on screen time like what was it like 8 9 9 7 was In mia
Yeah, it's actually kind of crazy how much time we spend on our phones. Like on top of working, I sometimes am so surprised. like why is my screen time still so high even though I'm on a laptop the whole day.
