Alright why do you guys think it's good to work out because I know a lot of people out there I don't work out I don't enjoy working out but my Pinyan working out has a lot of benefits to it for it gets a great physic and helps take your mind off things sometimes

What are the best workouts that I've done is super simple walking just going on long walks or we call it rocking what you get a heavy bag thought on your back and go rocking in the mountains or walk in the mountains

Primarily it is the mental health for me in the brain but also for the sake of course in light building strength from within so yeah and happiness

Was definitely good to work out for your health but for me personally it just helps me mentally you know it helps boost my energy and my mood

Yeah, for me it pretty much helps me with the same shape. It just like clears my mind and it keeps you in shape.

I see a good workout is push ups, anything to do with lifting weights for your arms and and then some shoulder and back abs as a finisher.

Because it keeps you active it keeps your body moving and you know we need that physical activity and me personally it does help me kind of distress and decompress so yeah I can be surreal thing
