You already know you're going to be hitting those ab workouts. You've got to keep the fat off the stomach. Obviously those runs all the way through as well. If you can, do pull-ups, push-ups, set-ups, squats. They're all good workouts. That's just the main ones at least.
Between hit workouts and then we also bought weights to do at home so then I would just do like arms legs literally just my classic gym stuff and then we also tried one of those waited hula hoops over Cove it it was pretty cool
Oh at first I was the runs and then you're just playing football Try to get a callous calisthenics but that was a unsuccessful but I was just doing a little run in football
