When you're working out on the treadmill or the Stairmaster, on most machines you have the option to watch a movie, watch YouTube, or listen to music. Which one of those options do you guys feel like helps you get through your workout the best? Is it watching a movie because you're so focused on the screen you're not really paying attention to the work you're putting in? Is it listening to music that way you stay pumped through the tiredness? What is it?
For me, it's watching a movie or a TV show, like I'll let this on Netflix or something like that. It helps pass the time because if I'm listening to music, I'm still watching a clock. Like, oh my gosh, this needs to hurry up. But if I'm watching a TV show or a movie then the time goes by pretty quickly.
Honestly, I just watch like YouTube videos or like listen to podcasts, but But yeah, I guess sometimes I listen to music too, but usually it's one of those first two things.
