So if you're lactose intolerant like me, what do you do to get your vitamin D and calcium every day? Do you just take supplements? Do you find foods that are not dairy and just load up on those to meet your goal? Let me know what it is that you do because I don't want to take any more supplements I'm already taking a lot. I sort of want to just eat everything I need. So what do you guys eat? Let me know help me out
So I have organic unsweetened almond milk nowadays and it's normally fortified with vitamin D and calcium but I do take a calcium supplement once in a while although when you do eat broccoli and eggs in foods like raw cheese you can also get calcium that way vitamin D is a hard one for me because in the winter here where I live I have to take a vitamin D supplement or else things can go really bad but yeah that for you I think I would look into the
So I am horrible at it I will still eat stuff that has like lactose in it not all the time but I am very fortunate that mine I don't get like too too sick off of it but I do take some vitamins for my vitamin D and calcium every day to help make up for it
Your answer might just be something like because a sonar could give you the vitamin D and then the deficiency in calcium could come from hormone production that you're getting for lack of vitamin D.
