A fitness tip that has been working wonders for me lately is switching out ab day at the gym for a Pilates workout And it's definitely way more fun to do so instead of doing crutches and setups You can use Pilates to really target those deep core muscles and you don't need a reformer to do it You don't need to sign up for a class You literally just need to get on YouTube, get on your floor, and you can get a workout in just like that.

Shout out to all my single bros out there, my wife introduced me, but um, Pilates class is a great way to meet females, cause not a lot of guys do it and it's tough, so like, if you can get through that workout and put your socks on like in a cute sexy way, like, you'll have the girls being interested. tip.
