Sometimes the best thing you can do for your mental health is absolutely nothing at all. The more you push for a certain result, the further you're pushing it away from you. The more you chase answers, the further you're chasing them away from you. When you learn to relax and release tension, you create space within you to invite more positive energy. That way you can actually do something productive, relax, people relax.

And this is why I wanna go out for myself and stressful situations I tend to like to sit where I can keep a clear mind and smoke some nice stuff so I could call myself down gather my thoughts and just stay clear of being stress

But I'm not going to lie there are situations that do come out you had abundance of it just have you go and like it has your mind going and like not having the clear space that hard to light go and be by yourself and embrace like nature like that's one of my favorite things sit on my balcony embrace the sun the nature
