Right now I weigh 140 and the reason why I said 15 pounds is because I feel like when I was 155 I was just the most confident and I feel like that was the best my body had ever looked.

Thank you girl. I definitely needed to hear that motivation because I'm currently sitting at home debating on whether or not I want to go to the gym so just It's because of this I'm going to get up and get active.

I'm focused on losing weight but also just really just getting a solid workout routine because I'm not consistent. I don't work out every day even though that is my goal to work out at least five days. So I'm still working towards that. It's been a struggle but I'm gonna keep pushing forward because I don't want to start all over anymore. I want this to be the last time I'm on a weight loss journey.

You got this I believe in you it is hard trying to stay consistent as well when you when you're busy and doing other things like that but if you just constantly remind yourself like oh I'm trying to reach this I'm trying to get here I believe that you can get to that point so yeah just keep pushing through you got this girl

I'm focused on building muscle right now, so I've been increasing my protein and my carbon take But I still have a little bit of fat to lose so I'm like in the in a funky little gray area right now I need to increase my calories but minimize my fat intake if that makes sense.

Thank you I appreciate that so much I am if you need help I am a certified personal trainer so and I train people virtually so link up with me I can help you get to where you need to be but if I have any advice for you forget a muscle is definitely going to be in your nutrition so you have got to get your macros right if you're not gonna get your macros right you're not gonna see the results that you want hit me up from where in photo

Right now I'm not focus on losing weight I just wanna get in the gym consistently and then maybe after my first month of doing that I can start to put some more goals into place like losing losing a few pounds I do want to trim down just a little bit my stomach has gotten a little bigger Beer
