For me, like back then when I wasn't working and stuff, I was consistent. As soon as I started working and my consistency dropped off, I'm trying to bring it back.
For me it's about an hour, that's how my usual workouts are. I could push a little bit more, but sometimes I don't have the time. But I think yeah, an hour to an hour and a half would be my limit.
