I was around 24 when I started taking it seriously I have had a lot of ups and downs I'm 30 now as of Saturday and I've lost weight too fast developed an eating disorder gained not quite half of it back but close And I do have a healthy relationship with food and I'm just focusing on other things that make me feel good versus obsessing over the scale and what that says
I think the first time I ever discovered a gym was when I was 16 I think I discovered like this or female gym in my college like I think 3 o'clock to 4 o'clock was at the girls sessions and I really really loved it and since then I've always been a gym goer I love looking after my body it's always been a part of my routine and it would be so weird when Covid hit it was so weird for me to not gym but yeah
