Cold because I get all hot and sweaty and you're supposed to shower with cold water anyway so But I usually don't show it go to her shower with hot water Only after when I'm talking too much.
You good with it depends for me like if I'm really cold I wish I'm a mole shower and some hot water if I'm really hot or cold water depends on my body temperature
It depends on how in it honestly depends on how intense that workout was because if I just did like three push-ups and then call it a day Man, I'm laying down. I'm not doing any shower unless if I have showered in like two days But other than that if it's like super intense workout where I did squats. I did the full-on zoom, but I did the full-on Pilates I did all of it, but that still didn't injure myself. I would honestly say a little bit in between I wouldn't go without hot chat where
