OK so I know I'm not the only person that struggles out there with depression and anxiety how I handle it is journaling or going to the gym and working out lifting some heavy shit and venting to friends my question is how do you guys deal with the anxiety or depression if you have experienced it
Well me personally I kind of turn to drugs sometimes like I smoke or I drink I try to distract myself as best as possible but it's very difficult to deal with it but to stay positive
