Hey guys just a reminder make sure that when your warm-ups and cool downs and stretching after your workout trust me it will definitely help reduce soreness you might still be sore but you might not be as sore I'm in a can also help prevent injuries I did not work out today because I had physical therapy for my knee and physical therapy takes a lot out of me but I did do a couple like mobility stretches at home so anyway I hope everyone had a good day
