you guys I was in a mood today I don't know why I know I was tired like I have talked about on here already I'm struggling to make sure that I'm getting enough sleep and just getting that sleeping pattern back on track I'm trying but it's hard but anyway I finally took a nap and then I've made myself eat because I haven't been hungry today and I just got done working out I was there for almost two hours but like I'm not saying you have to work out for hours because you definitely don't and I don't always work out for like two hours but today I did because I did everything like I did my cardio after my lifts so I lifted I hit back and biceps and I just like took my time and really focused on my form and everything like my friends weren't there which normally I'd be bummed about but today I was kind of happy just because otherwise I get distracted sometimes so like I was able to focus on my workout and like really like feel if anything was like hurting my body so that way I can like pay attention to it when I'm stretching and whatnot and also like during my warm-up as well. Yeah and then I did my physical therapy movements and I was able to squat assisted. I had to hold on to something but I was able to do assisted squats tonight. I'm working through a knee injury right now and yesterday in physical therapy I couldn't even do like a quarter wave of a squat because it hurts so bad so I'm slowly building my strength back up on my knee and this injury has been very like discouraging at times which is partially why I was in a mood just because I'm like I just want to be better already. I already went through any surgery last year and I'm not trying to go through another one so I've been taking my recovery very seriously um but yeah and now I'm done I'm home and I just feel so good. I feel a lot better so I hope you guys had a good day. I hope you moved your body in some way and if you did I hope it helped.

I literally have just started like a new fitness journey just getting back consistent with the gym and I am so fucking sore I just wanted to see him and then I totally feel you I'm just like getting the proper sleeping pattern and all that fun stuff that like just ties into like being consistent with working out and Either and stuff it's just a journey I'm not at the point where I'm at

Oh I'm so excited for you good luck on your journey thanks girl I'm sore to I'm feeling it and I still have not been to bed yet it is 4:33 AM is what I mean that I need to work on my sleep schedule

Yes yes yes yes I totally love this reminder what I've been doing lately is I've been putting on some Latin music while I'm doing my chores and cleaning around the house and just getting my body moving I do like to exercise more intentionally about three or four times a week but I'm actually loving just getting my body moving to music on a daily basis and how it just boost my mood and keeps my energy up
