So here's a snack idea. Um, pretty basic, but it's actually pretty good. So, uh, sometimes when I'm just sick of, like, just my protein shake, I will grab, like, a low calorie, low fat yogurt or even, um, I don't know how to say it. I think it's like, okay, yogurt, uh, has like 20 grams of protein in it. I'll grab like the vanilla one and then I will add whatever protein powder that I do have or I'll use the protein cookie butter. They have so many different flavors like cinnamon roll flavor, toaster shiro flavor, Oreo butter or brownie batter, something like that. And those also are protein based. So if I were to put one of those in, it'd be like 30 grams of protein if I used the okiosk one. But anyway, I'm always looking for new tricks and ways to get more protein and since I struggle to get it in with like my meats.
Oh my gosh, I used to love doing that when I was in college and I haven't done anything like that in a good while So thank you for reminding me because now I'm gonna go grocery shopping and get those ingredients together So really appreciate you sharing that.
I've tried that yogurt. I actually really like it. I want to try more of it. I love yogurt as a snack and I want to have more of that. It's just good protein, good to have before a work out or after and really tasty too. So that's awesome. I'll have to do that.
