Honestly eating I think I read some thing along time ago that says some thing about how it sent some hormone to your brain that helps like reduce cramping or whatever I don't know but I feel like it works

Drinking soda for when you're bloated and have some digestive issues and for back pain and other pains, hot water bags.

So normally heating pad either on my back or my stomach because I got a lot of back pain it definitely helps and 800 mg of ibuprofen and only I'm fine and lots of water and I just beat chilling

The answer is pickles. I don't know what it is about. Picker? Well vinegar. Anything with like vinegar in it? That usually calms my stomach during my period. I don't I don't know why, so.

So I typically take a supplemental muscle relaxer drink a lot of water and take a yoga class like yen or like a gentle hatha flow typically that helps me feel at ease and yeah

So what I like to do is I like to take a hot bath, I feel like that helps me with pure pain and also use a hot water bottle. I also obviously take painkillers and I like to drink some herbal tea such as like chamomile or like raspberry leaf tea extra helps as well.
