Alright guys so, a lot of my friends, family, when they go to the gym or before I mean they take pre-workout like including caffeine, it's like a powder right and you put it with some more and you can even add some salt and mix it all up and you know drink it up like take a shot and then straight at the gym. I think I've tried it once, long time ago but it's one of your thoughts like do you Do you think it's very beneficial because quite frankly when I go to the gym in the mornings, sometimes I even go with the empty stomach and just war. I have a good workout but perhaps you know, could this push you more in the gym or give you more energy? me from your experience if you've got any suggestions.
