So what gym equipment do you recommend to have at home? That is a must because currently I've got a pull-up bar that goes above the door frame right. I've got dumbbells that weigh about 8kg and I've also got the ab wheel. So and resistance bands so I'm just thinking you know what more can I have preferably that are easy to store away and I think it's just good to have generally because Because if I'm not at the gym, see on the weekends and I'm with the kids, I can just do a few exercises. And I usually feel much better knowing that even on a rest day, I'm still keeping active, even if it's slightly. So yeah, feel free to let me know.
