All right, good morning. Do you guys take CBD when working out? After working out? just generally Me personally I do take it. I would say before I sleep. I Guess it really does help with muscle recovery And it helps me get that deep sleep, you know So yeah, what do you guys think? I've also heard if you take CBD before working out. It's also good to sort of relax your muscles in a way and you build that you know mind to muscle connection I think but I might try it give it a shot but yeah let me know
