Chicken because it's more versatile I think. You can use it in a lot of different dishes. and pork also makes my stomach sick so I guess I'm a little bit biased.

I would pick a chicken hands-down simply because you can have it in so many different ways and it also carries less parasites than pork it's a cleaner and leaner protein if you're looking for less fat pork once in a while is a nice treat but for health reasons I go chicken

Between those two I would choose chicken however I'm doing only one per team for the rest of my life I'm going to pick beef just because the nutritional properties far away that of either pork or chicken.
