Yeah I should go get my hair trimmed to be honest. I try and do it myself sometimes. You know I mean the YouTube and you twist your hair around and you trip the ends off but to get it properly done it'd be good. So I think it's important to maintain that health and healthy hair.

Yes, I have heard this and I have read many articles and such online about this and it's so true. I have definitely noticed my hair being much better with getting frequent trims.

Yes definitely agree when I was younger I would only get haircuts like once a year which is like crazy because my hair is still grow so much and now I get them twice a year and they don't grow as often it doesn't grow as often so I don't know very interesting

Probably it happens because as we get older we basically are taking less vitamins or some thing and the growth of hair and nails at the crease in someway

I think you're supposed to get a haircut like every six weeks but I do it like every four months but it does help keep your hair healthy getting it more often
