So I still work from home but as far as my mental health it has been so much better I get a chance to take more time off for myself but I do miss the actual engagement with people most of the time no I don't wanna go back

I am still working from home. I actually like working from home and not having to go to like an office every day or commute or any of that. But it definitely is kind of draining just being at home 24-7 So I try to get outside as much as possible and go on walks and just get exercise in.

I don't know, I always saw it as like a positive thing because you don't have to leave your house but at the same time you're not really getting any social interaction you're probably just sitting on your butt all day it's like the same exact routine as a nine to five by just in your house.

Work from home can definitely be beneficial for a lot of people but you have to be very disciplined you know you kind of get used to being inside and also you get a bit lazy as well so it's pros and cons to it but hey

That's a really good question. I think that it's really important, especially if you don't tend to be a naturally organized person, to really schedule your routine, what you're going to do so that you do have those boundaries between between personal life and work life when you're from home.
