Honestly, less screen time. Work affects that for now because I am a personal trainer. So it's only for now it's gonna affect it but less screen time because I hate it so much. I can't do it, you know, I just can't.

Me too, it is something I really struggle with and that's a reason why I only like create content very part-time because it doesn't matter how much you pay me to be on my phone all the time, it just kills me.
