I drink a green smoothie every single morning. It is the best way to start my day. Today in my green smoothie is bananas and blueberries. And then I add a little bit of greens powder sometimes. And then, but I always do like handfuls and handfuls of spinach. It is the best way to get greens in ever. And then some seawars gel, some cashews, and some, for some protein, a little bit of cinnamon. And that's that.

I miss that and actually thank you for reminding me that that's something that I enjoy. I like mango some days, pineapple, some mousse for almost all of my smoothies and certainly I have this weird combination. It's kind of like a PB&J but if you don't like peanut butter and jelly disregard but it's raspberry, peanut butter, banana and spinach and it definitely gives a PB&J vibe. really chill it's kind of weird.

I can't take all the credit because this inspired from a smoothie shop that I went to when I was in Atlanta called Arden's Garden. I was like, hmm, they're onto something. So yeah, I kind of took a spin from that. It made my own thing.

That sounds really good I were a little bit allergic to peanuts like they're just not great for my body so I definitely use all my butter but that does sound really good

I definitely do in exchange for almond butter or cashew butter, whatever is your preference. I don't think it would make much of a difference. Although sometimes almond butters can be a bit on the blander side, so you might have to add a touch of honey if you don't have any reactions to honey.

Yes me too except mine is the same every day I do apples lemons beets and celery carrots parsley and what else I'm forgetting but it's so good it taste just like juice

I'm pretty much the same although I think now they're more like blue smoothies because they always put blueberries in it so it always changes the colour but in the summertime I tend to put a lot more spinach and I will add things like frozen mango and frozen banana so the colour is a lot more vibrant green but you're having having a green smoothie in the morning is a really good way to start your day
