Remember, every day when you go to sleep, you're asleep for about 7 to 8 hours, right? So that's 7 to 8 hours without water, without food. So when you wake up first thing in the morning, you need to rehydrate and replenish yourself. So the very first thing that you should eat or drink first thing in the morning is water and fruit. Then continue on your day, eat whatever you want for breakfast, but remember, replenish your body as soon as you wake up you'll feel so much better.

I feel like there are so many things and I guess it's because of like what I absorb from TikTok too. It's like first thing you should do in the morning is take your vitamins. First thing you should take in the morning is something warm, hot tea, and then I've never really thought of like fruit being a very first thing. If anything I always kind of go for a salad or if I end up making a smoothie, does smoothies count? I feel like smoothies have to count. Forget everything I I said, if smoothies count, then I've done it.
