Please know that if you're interested in trying pilates, yoga, working out, anything that gives you a shape, you don't have to pay for a membership and you don't have to pay for a class, you really don't have to pay for anything. All you need is the floor and your TV. I always tell people if you're interested in trying something new but you don't want to pay for a class just yet or you don't want to commit to a membership, just get on YouTube. There are tons of free videos that will give you an effective workout just as effective if you went to a gym or a studio. That way you can ease yourself into it and figure out if that's something you really want to do. So start for free and then from there you can decide if you want to get a personal trainer, get a membership or anything else like that.

I just such a good tip and I don't think a lot of people think of doing this first especially if you don't have a lot of money like there's so much stuff on the Internet for free and like that's how I started working out I would follow like these girls on Instagram and they would post their workouts and I would do that I would screenshot or like save them do them later and it's all free this is such good advice
