On this fitness journey, my goal is to gain weight, but I also want to make my core stronger and increase my stamina. So in addition to weightlifting, I plan on doing Pilates maybe two to three times a week and then cardio. I'm not sure if I want to get like a small amount of cardio in every day or do it five times a week or three times a week. I'm not sure. But have you guys with a similar goal also done the same thing? What do you do to gain and stay fit? I'm still open to adding new things to my routine.

These are all amazing goals I hope you're able to stay consistent and I also I'm starting a whole new weight-loss journey literally in a couple days and I'm super excited for it so yeah it's just keep motivating trailer

You go girl. I just started back in the gym after taking a month off. I'm also trying to gain weight but I'm also trying to strengthen my core as well. Right now I'm just doing the stairs. That's what I do to get me back in my groove because the endurance needed for the stairs is a lot. I'm gonna work out Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting off because I have a trip in September so I'm trying to get my body snatched.
