For me, I don't necessarily feel motivated every single day, but the discipline kicks in because of my why. My why for me is I want to have energy to spend with my kids. I want to be able to be focused and clear. I want to offset the chances of me getting a dis-ease or disorder or an illness that can be completely prevented by lifestyle. And being a health coach, I want to be able to set the example for my clients as well and have the conviction of sharing that knowledge.
