I used to always create sleep to rest or just sleep in order to achieve rest but rest can be achieved in other ways such as having a digital detox, actually just sitting down or and like allowing yourself to just sit and not like think about what's going on too much or just even like having a massage like giving your body like physical rest like there's so so much and so many different versions of rest like meditating, praying, all those different avenues can be used to achieve rest but the first key thing is understanding what do you need rest from But yeah, that leads me to basically asking how do you achieve rest, especially when for burnt out.
