So continuing our conversation about our relationship with food. I wanted to know if you've ever done a five type of diet in your life. What was it? Has any of those ever stuck? Or how did those experiences essentially change your relationship with food? Did it just make you wait? Yo yo, did you just constantly avoid food? Did you end up binge eating? I know these are like proper like in-depth conversations but I would love to know more about yeah like what has your experience being with diets.
