Do you find it hard to stay committed to your goals specially about health and fitness do you have clear goals and like what is it that holds you back from these goals I would love to know
I think that once you have super clear goals and you're able to prioritize that that's the key for me and then I am able to stay committed but if I can't prioritize it and I don't stay consistent
I am not much of a goal setter it's just not something that I've really done like really sat down and thought about like what are my goals so thank you for this reminder at 70 something and I want to do and get more clear on so that I can like take the necessary steps to work towards the goals that I have
I do have clear goals for my health and fitness. I'm on a weight loss journey and I struggle with it. It is hard for me to stay committed, but I am so tired of starting over. so it's much of that struggle like I'm trying to push through it.

I actually don't find it hard to say committed to my goals but I think that's because I am really determined and I'm a Scorpio so that shit doesn't help
