Everybody knows that anxiety is a big thing right so like I noticed that some people they get anxiety by going to the gym and being around a lot of people me personally I haven't went to the actual gym in a long time I work out from home so I don't have to worry about getting German Zaidi even when I didn't go to gym I really wasn't in gym anxiety like that but I know some people struggle with it so let me know if you get them exactly
So I have a friend who actually experiences this and it's really bad to the point where she's like if she plans her workout a certain way and she gets there, there's too many people there she can't do it she feels like it was a waste of time to go to the gym so yeah
I got a recommendation I don't know if you ever tried Asheville Gonda but it's like a natural herb that people take any calms down your anxiety and things like that you should look into it
Oh yes I have a lot of German Zaidi and that's what I'm going to the gym anyway he's in with a partner and then we just both got really busy with work not a good enough excuse I know but I just am I going solo I don't know how to use all the equipment and I just like every time I went it was super super busy and I'm like this is just not a work out for me plus you know I was like It's not funny but it's true
