So I actually put was like I will do dynamic stretching before my list which just helps me figure out what areas are tighten that I need to pay attention more too and then after lifting or whatever workout I'm doing I will stretch as well and foam roll I've gotten better at it ever since I got injured because Things were just too tight I didn't pay attention to before
