Alright how much sleep do you guys in to get every night because personally I am football seven hours eight hours but that's not always possible because I have study or I'm busy at night or something like that but on the minimum I'll try to get at least 67 hours
I definitely try to get more than seven because if I get lesson seven I have at the worst day ever because I take my sleep very seriously and I need more than 78 to function

I wish I had discipline like listen to all your responses are most of them I wish I had discipline because I go to sleep whenever my Isha and I wake up whenever they wake up unless I got like workouts or something but discipline would be nice
I will be very honest with you, I aim to get anything between 7-9 hours of sleep and nothing to not more and not less. So yeah, I think that's a good amount, keeps you well arrested and not too tight.
Just a lot of YouTube videos and you know, TikToks and everything about how lack of sleep is really bad for you. So you know, I always try to get in between six to eight hours. obviously 6 is like the lowest lowest I want to go but obviously sometimes unavoidable.
