If you're behind any studies I definitely think you should maybe go onto much like I think do you work out so I can do at home because the store good to do some sort of work out and I am in small brain activity you know I mean it's it's overall health of you and you can do that work because of it but don't do it where it's taking too much time of the day where you could be studying so I'd say like folks ongoing lesson doing homework out because most point of your life right now
Yeah this is reminding me I should chill in the gym shit for like at least a couple of weeks because I've got exams in three weeks and the last two weeks as my A-levels and the pre-serious cause I wanna get to uni but like I also took a mulberry clearly just before so if I could take another month I'm going to lose muscle mass Soma shitty situation where I have to choose between my grades of my muscles and I thought I don't know what to do
yeah bro I can't lie one instance exam season for me I get too stressed to go to gym like I don't feel like I don't feel like I do well in gym when I'm stressed So I just like, revise most of the time.
