It's not easy to say you're lonely or you feel lonely, right? But that is more honest and that will allow you to not give the wrong person too much credit. Then you can say the truth is, I'm lonely and it's sad, but I enjoyed this time. It has to do with me being lonely, so I'll be able to get over this.

Most people can't tell the difference between being lonely and alone, so I love how you said the word lonely. And yeah, lonely is a feeling and whenever I think about loneliness, I think about Drake's song, I get lonely too because that is exactly how I feel, especially on weekend nights.

There is so much stigma and misunderstanding about people who don't have friends or are single. Being lonely and feeling lonely are two different things. If you are single and you are alone that doesn't mean you don't enjoy your own company.

I understand what you're saying. I wasn't talking about alone versus being lonely. I'm saying that because you feel lonely and that's okay, sometimes you jump into the wrong relationship just for the sake of not having to be or feel that way.

So being alone or single doesn't always mean that you are sad and you need people to cheer you up or make you happy Sometimes it's quite the opposite, people make you exhausted and they do things that make you sad and sad.
