Hey, how you doing puke? I hope you're doing okay For anybody that's dealing with seasonal depression. Here's some pro tips Try waking up earlier. There's less daylight hours now, which has proven to make us depressed easier So the more hours of sunlight you get in the better you're gonna feel Also, try keeping hydrated eating healthy and exercising all those things are proven to make us feel better We can get through this guys
