Just think about you as a customer, that's the best way to look at customer service. What would you expect? Would you expect someone to put your groceries in a bag with cleaners? Would you expect somebody to put your eggs at the bottom of the bag? I mean, just think about that. Because the lady had a point. You have so many people who want to be served but they don't want to serve so that's and that's that comes with customer service that's why a lot of businesses now are eliminating customer service jobs like waitressing and cashiering because of irate people. This is a liability and a lawsuit for a business.

So I'm gonna say she was wrong for that. You can see that something was wrong with her something was bothering her and from the moment she knew that she wasn't able to do what she needed to do which is her job she should have spoke to someone about going home so that that something like that wouldn't happen I do get that you know sometimes you can be so down to the point where you want to smash

At the same token, she should have, I don't know. I know that people go through things, people really go through a lot. And I feel like she should have dealt with whatever she was dealing with before she handled that customer. And it doesn't take away from whatever she was dealing with, because I definitely get it.

to the service industry. What people don't understand, when you enter the service industry, you have to have a degree of humility, because you will have people who abuse being service. Now, she had an edge on her, yes, because that happens from time to time. But the lady was not wrong in asking for customer service.
