Are you talking about the best rapper of all time, or the best rapper in the current year? I don't know. I'd say Eminem or Tom McDonald, I'd say Tom McDonald's not that bad, but I wouldn't say he's a really good rapper.

yeah who we talking about there's no singer is the best rapper in the time we got tribe called quest and there was a dime then they left and Busta Rhyme was on the scene he bust the rhyme and he had a lot of shit to say you know what I mean then we have P Diddy on the frame shit that ***** knew the game now he got with a lot of people at NYC but Big Pond is who we know to be now we got a lot of people we can say a lot of shit Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Ludacris

Like the great 50 Cent once said that hip-hop is black music but most people can't accept that you've got a white artist that is doing it a hell of a lot better than a black artist is doing it.
