So I recently went back to New York City just to handle some business and I was on the train and legitimately could not understand why it was so packed like this. I think they're just squeezing and squeezing and squeezing the general public. Most people have to have two to three jobs to survive in New York and so many of us are just surviving. That's all we're doing. We're not going to Broadway plays. We're not shopping on Fifth Avenue. We're not sitting and eating at the finest restaurants. We are trying to survive. And for all the people who want to move to New York because you saw episodes of Sex and the City and Friends and Power or whatever you watch, just remember that shit is for TV. That is not real life. It takes a strong-willed person to survive in New York. It's taking it from me because I'm a New Yorker through and through.
