Definitely microdose if you're new to them. Take a little bit, let it kick in for an hour, take more and a couple hours if it hasn't kicked in. Also, you want to make sure you have a full stomach and that you're drinking a lot of water. Because if you're doing strooms, and I don't know, this is what I've been told, mind you I'm not an expert, but they say if you do strooms and you're dehydrated, you will trip out and want to kill yourself. So, make sure you stay hydrated.
