So this discussion topic regards to colour, or colourism, regards to everyone light skin is not mixed, everyone with dark brown skin isn't African black. Of course not, because you've got different ethnicities out there, plus you've got different countries, you've got different continents, so yeah. And did you realise that Africa, the continent, is not black?

Africa the continent is not the actual real name of the country per se or the continent it's just some random dude's name so why should they be classified as African if they're not it's just like calling New Zealand New Zealand calling New Zealanders they come from New Zealand New Zealanders however the real name for the country is Aotearoa

translated means the land of the long white cloud so me giving my I guess two cents worth of thought regards to this comment is this person is correct because you could have two parents that are one of white appearance and one of black appearance

If that produces a child, that child becomes half, and then that half of two races child may marry or end up with a partner that is fully black or fully white, but I think the reason why people refer to the colour instead of ethnicity is because...

Perhaps because people find it easier instead of, well actually I think that's quite ignorant really. People should discover what ethnicity another person is instead of just labelling them white, black, green, pink, yellow, orange, purple.

The first guy who just commented is so ignorant and stupid. We're all considered to be mixed race, but the reason why we go out as black and white and why we judge people by their phonetic features is because that is the way race was created. We're all the human race, but they created the divide. And you know who I mean by they. So whether you're dark skin or light skin, you could be any ethnicity.

You do know right, light skin is mixed race, it's just there's just less black in it like basically a mixed race person had a baby with a white person it's made light skin and they come from half black half white it's still like mixed race and dark brown skin i mean i do i do agree not all black people are african but yeah

No, a light-skinned person does not always have to be mixed with white.

Uh, it does actually. If it was two black people and there's no white in the ancestry at all, right, then how the fuck is, how the fuck are they light skinned then? Are you a dumbass? Like, sure, you need educating.

You're dumb because not all dark skinned people are African and not all light skinned people are mixed with white. The end.

Now, if you have to create offenses and insult people because you're emotional or you don't understand what I'm saying, then you don't need to speak to me. Why don't you show that you're smart by practicing proper etiquette and not indulging in conversations that you can't conduct yourself properly in? If you have to name call, don't speak to a person.

If you genuinely comprehended what I said, I'm actually speaking on genetics. You do not have to be mixed with white in order to come out lighter. You don't have to be mixed with another ethnicity in order to come out a lighter complexion. You missed all of that because you were

They're not black or African. It's just You just don't know much about it, bro. You can be 100% black and be a light-skinned person

I mean, I know no one's okay just being called black or just white, but no one gets called that. You get called black, white, mixed race, light skin, dark skin. I don't really see the issue or your reason for having to share this, but okay.

You don't see it because it's not your post, right? You would know if it was yours, wouldn't you?

And by the way, I'm not just saying because, let me be very specific, Africa literally has the largest genetic diversity of any other continent in the world. Like, you can find the smallest people and the tallest people in Africa. Like, there's tons of genetic and feature diversity within the African Diaspora. Just, just learn more about the continent, man.
