I guess most people have experienced something like that so they are gonna leave it to you You should wait maybe he is busy or something like that so he is not replying to you

Wait for his reply. Don't bother his phone with text messages. After a couple of days, ask him what's wrong, why he's not talking. If he still won't talk to you, maybe that's your cue to leave.
