WeWork, which is known for their office space, they recently filed for bankruptcy and I don't know, I mean I'm not that surprised after watching the Apple TV show talking about federal business, but yeah, I mean I'm surprised that they were able to hang on this long after COVID.

Okay, I will say I did not see what you're referring to, but I do know of WeWork, and so I'm actually surprised this is happening because WeWork, from what I have known, is a great place for people to work, whether they're remote and they need to, you know, get out of the house to avoid distractions, or people who have a hybrid model, or they're in office full-time and, again, need a space to do their own thing. Yeah, again, really surprised.
