How do you deal with grief and pain and hurt and broken heart? How do you deal with the pain you have?

The last way to deal with pain and grief is to talk to someone. To talk to someone about how you feel. It's never good to keep it within yourself.

Bottling, keeping your emotions and pain within yourself isn't good because it can lead into anger and not good things.

So just know that there are people around that you can talk to especially professionals. They do care and they do wish to help.

Another important thing is to make sure that you check up on your friends and make sure they are okay.

You know, we always think that we're alone, but in reality we are never alone. We are never alone.

When it comes to grief or pain, I deal with it by taking the time to just, you know, sit with myself, to have my peace, to have me time, just to have my time to just think. And at times I'll talk to people who are like in my corner who are close to me.

But a lot of times I would do like self-reflection. I would be like, okay, well, what went wrong? And you know, like the pros and cons of that situation. And then I make sure I try to take the good and then I might not try to make sure with the bad, I try to learn from it. And then I try to make sure I don't go through it again.

But yeah, my biggest thing has always been like poetry and writing or like listening to music that follows my mood or I go for something that's like the opposite of my moods. Like let's say if I'm down and I want to be uplifted, then I listen to something cheerful. So it's different things.

When he said music, he spoke my language. Music is always fucking key to fucking calm your dumb ass down. I'm not calling you a dumb ass, but I'm saying like in general because sometimes-

Thank you for all the response. I'm doing okay. I'm hanging in there day by day and stuff.

If you don't have anybody to talk to and if you don't want to talk to a therapist, write it down. I write things down to do brain dumps and I write down a lot of stuff or I yell out into the atmosphere of what I want to vent out.

I drink or I work out or I drink a lot of coffee and chew tobacco. That's all I do.

Honestly, last time I dealt with pain and grief was seven fucking years ago. And that bitch took fucking four fucking years. Maybe five. Because I just fucking kept it to myself.

I'm kind of in between. I keep it to myself first. I think about it and then I go talk to a therapist because that's always helped out tremendously throughout my life.

I am genuinely scared of speaking to someone and I'm having so much trouble opening my mouth and this is the only way I feel comfortable at the moment
