That depends because if the DC characters come into the MCU then there would be no krypton Thus there will be no kryptonite. Thus Superman would be the strongest character.

That is a really really good question. I think if the DC if the MCU characters going to the DC Universe, it's quiet for them. It's finished for them forever.
