I make this very healthy meal that I eat almost every day and it is the leanest ground beef, red quinoa, brown rice, vegetables of your choice, and then some cream cheese with like the garden veggie flavor in it and I love it.
Hey Jamie, today what I had for dinner, I actually ate leftovers. I made some Cajun Alfredo with rotisserie chicken, shrimp, and Andouille sausage with garlic knots. Yummy.
So today I technically took myself out today and had a burger, well done, with bacon on it, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and Thousand Island dressing on it. That's what came with the burger, and then of course fries.
Two cucumber martinis which were very good and they were nice and strong too not too too strong but they were nice not sweet which I enjoyed and then afterwards I had ice cream.
Before I ate all that today, because that was roughly around like 6 p.m. this evening, I had fruit this afternoon. And then before the fruit, I had a protein shake, those take those on the go ones.
And the only reason I ate out today because I had bought so many groceries to eat in and not spend money but Traffic was crazy here in LA and where I was coming from it was over an hour And I had to find a pit stop to kill time and that's where that happened

Wow, they have all types of flavors. I really do see the selection over there. Over here it's the majority of Oreo, chocolate, vanilla, Gloss and Candy, and cheesecake. Those are the main types.
