So when it comes to health and fitness, do you use a daily tracker whether it's like a planner or a book or an app or even like a device like an apple watch just to you know see where you are because for me personally I absolutely love just seeing the progress made and actually it motivates me so yes I use one but I would love to know if you use one or not.
positive for sure I prefer the analog manual writing it down but me being a techie geeky gadget man I do have the Apple watch so I just prefer the visual the digital aspect of it now it's much more convenient
