Okay, so something I really like to do is go on daily walks, whether it takes like half an hour to more than an hour, and it just gives me time to decompress and also just catch up with my neighbor or my sister or a friend that's coming into town. Again, it's just something that I find therapeutic and plus it's a really good thing to do for your health. So I just want to know, do you go on a daily walk? Let me know.

Well, nowadays I don't, but I used to definitely go on daily walks, at least for a brief period of time, and I realized the health benefits and the addiction that you get walking, which is a good addiction actually, and slowly and gradually you start increasing the distance that you walk every day, and that is definitely therapeutic and healthy.

Well, I have a question for you. When you say you walk every day, and I was just curious, when you do walk, how many minutes do you walk? Do you walk an hour? Do you walk 30 minutes, an hour, or whatever? I was just kind of curious, honestly, on that, and no, I haven't been walking, I should, I know it's hectic for you, but I should, I am thinking about it, but yeah, that's what I was just wanting to know on your part.

This is a good question. Okay, so to answer it, the days I'm not busy, about an hour, hour and a half, but the days I am busy, at least 30 minutes. Like, I have to have a 30-minute walk to, you know, move my body because it's really, really important to take care of yourself. So, hope that helps.

Honestly, I used to. I don't know why I stopped, but I kind of miss it. I used to go on walks in the early morning, and I feel like it's kind of refreshing and just kind of vibey. Actually, I might do that tomorrow.

if you go to gym I think it's enough yeah but if I can go for walking I will do that
